Purpose: Teach virtual classes 1-on-1 or in a group setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Contractor will host 60-minute virtual tutoring sessions on days/times scheduled with clients.

Contractor will handle day-to-day correspondence with clients.

Contractor preserves the right to be notified of cancellations and rescheduled sessions at least 24 hours prior to the session. If a session is canceled within 24 hours, Contractor will be paid a late cancellation fee equivalent to one session.

Contractor will notify the Company of any cancellations or rescheduled sessions.

Required: Valid teaching credential, 3+ years of experience teaching in the classroom. Able to create scope and sequences for curriculum approval. Exceptional ability to problem-solve, be resourceful, flexible, and creative.

Preferred: 6-10 years of experience teaching in the classroom. Adept with technology.

Conditions: Ability to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsive over WhatsApp and email within 12-24 hours of receiving messages on weekdays. Has own video conferencing account (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.)

Compensation: Competitive rate directly deposited via Zelle every 2 weeks.
